So far so good I just hope it doesn’t fluctuate. Up higher as long as I’m been charged only for what I’m using.. I will continue to be a happy customer and keep. The same company with Payless power. I’m very satisfied right now for the last five day I’ve had my service switched over to Payless power from Txu. Thanks Payless power

Response: Thank Latosha for your feedback. You can audit these reading daily by viewing your usage on http://www.smartmetertexas.com. This a free site operated by the State that shows you how much energy you home uses in increments from 15 minutes to a month. You can use this information to validate what your electric company bills you for and also determine what is consuming the power at your home. Published on January 29, 2020
I don’t like the payment system, because of having to pay every week or two. So going to find a permanent provider to pay. Monthly bill

Response: Sherry, Thank you for commenting. We apologize for the experience. Please keep in mind that pre-paid service can be used like post-paid service. If you’re able to make one large single payment once per month instead of many smaller payments. For example, if you can calculate what you use for the 30 days in the month and pay that amount at once then you may not have to worry about making another payment until the next month. If you do run short, we have options for you. Call us at 888-963-9363 for more information. Published on January 29, 2020
