Very predatory. I had a positive balance last night, then I wake up owing $40 dollars. This is ridiculous. Then they did this when offices are closed, I’ve never had an issue with this company until today.

Every other day I’m paying $20-$40 now all of a sudden in a 24 hour period I’m to believe I used $130 worth of electricity. So much. For no surprises.

I have always referred your services to all my friends because it’s quick, user friendly, and affordable! Also, during COVID in 2019 , I had lost my job and significantly stressed my financial obligations. Paylesspower worked with me on a payment schedule so my power didn’t get cut off. I’ll never forget that!
