Today I write this review because I’m upset with my situation with payless power, my portal balance didn’t update and the representative I spoke with couldn’t help me. Now I’m sitting in a hot apartment with a toddler until my power comes back on EVEN though I PAID!!!! This is so ridiculous I’m a paying customer I paid $53.23 and I got my power disconnect for nothing. My balance should be $0 with a positive amount.. I’m very upset and find it even more ridiculous that I can’t get through on the phone to payless power cause there are 200+callers my rating is a big fat ZERO. I’ve been with this company for 3years ever since there new update a few months back it has been bad

the electricity is very expensive – it’s $20.00 every 2 days. I would like to switch to another prepay electric company
