We are very disappointed about the service of Payless power, it’s now second time in a week we don’t have power, it’s a whole day today, and all our groceries are rotten in the refrigerator

Response: Thank you for taking the time to contact us about this important matter, Oluseye. We understand that being disconnected may be a stressful experience for you. Payless Power will disconnect customers if their balance falls below a zero-dollar balance and a payment is not made. If you are needing additional time to make a payment, you can request for a Same-day Account Protection until 8PM that day, or a Deferred Payment Plan if neither of the options have not been used. Otherwise, a payment to bring your balance to at least a positive $20 balance will need to be made. If you experience any interruptions while your balance is positive and no disconnection order has been sent, you can check the outage map provided by your local Transmission and Distribution Provider (TDSP) to verify if any outages have been reported. We also recommend flipping your breakers to off, then to on again after a short moment. Finally, you can look at your meter if it reads "CLS" or "OPN". If it says "OPN" you will need to reach out to your TDSP. For any other questions or concerns, please contact us at 1-888-963-9363 Published on April 16, 2025

Response: Thank you for taking the time to reach about this important matter, Mark. We understand how vital it is for our customers to make payments to their account balances, as well as to be able to receive assistance for any account issues when they need it. Customers may experience payment issues when inputting incorrect card information. Please make sure that the card number, expiration, CVV, and billing address associated with the card are inputted correctly. If there are five or more declined payment attempts made within a 24-hour time period, our system will put a payment lock on your account for a full 24-hours. You can either use the MoneyGram service to make a payment by using our receive code 14715, or waiting until the lock lifts to try again. While our live representatives are only available Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM, we do offer after-hour email support during these time frames: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Monday through Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 Pm on Saturday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Sunday If you have any further questions, please contact us at 1-888-963-9363 Published on April 15, 2025

I like paying as I go instead of a surprise bill at the end of the month. And they still have extensions, in case you get in to a real bind. Loving the service.
