I live out of state, an your electric is great, convenient for me to monitor my electric service at my house there in the area you provide. I still don’t understand the payment method. I would like to have a monthly bill.

Very easy, simple and cheaper because en my previous home the electricity bill was around $220 or $240 every month and it was a smaller place. I definitely recommend it.

I did not like that system once payment become zero , it disconnected maybe in case I lost my card and order new one it will be a problem in this hot summer it disconnected fast and the payment is increasing every month

We serve customers in over 400 deregulated communities in Texas with both traditional, postpaid plans on monthly billing cycles, and prepaid electricity that is pay-as-you-go with no deposit or credit check required.
We work with principal utilities throughout the state to provide electricity.
