Very easy payment process. Poor customer service. They also said that coupons were given out on a regular basis but I have never received one. Overall not bad

Response: Tony- Thank you for providing your feedback we really appreciate it. Yes our text messages do not show dollar amount, however on the online portal does have the option in viewing your Transaction History. Just click on the account tab, transaction history should appear, once the dates are displayed on the screen to view it in detail to see what exactly the charges were for. Now the transaction history only shows for the past 30 days if you would like a statement for all charges your are more than welcome to call in to our customer care dept. 888-963-9363 to request this statement. It’s ok but being charged more for having a low balance is pure greed and makes no sense. Should be ashamed to take advantage if people but you’re not.

I’d recommend that anyone interested in Payless power to make absolutely sure they keep $35 or more on their account to avoid disconnection, because no matter what your situation is beit sickness, death in the family, lose of job and/or extreme financial hardship you will be disconnected. I’ve stated all of this in prayer that you’ll do a revision for future customers, keep in mind life happens beyond our control.
