Sometimes I am not sure why my usage seems to go up. On the whole it is nice having a daily text message telling me how much is left on my account. I also like the fact that I get a text when I make a payment. Seems to be consistent with other peoples bills. I also like that it gives an estimate of days remaining. Very helpful.

With the weather being mild you'll see low usage days but here in Texas we have all seasons one whole week that days where we have freezing temperatures your usage may increase.We're glad we could provide you all the tools needed to make your experience as easy and efficient as possible!! Wish rates per kw to get savings was lower and what to keep it above wad lower # but for the most part satisfied.

With the new customer portal you do have full access to your account details so we did have to implement so extra security measures to protect your information however you should only have to register once and if you click the remember me box when logging in you can gain easy access through the link sent in your text. One is the FlexPay discount where if you maintain a balance of $35 or more at all times you receive a 20% KW discount, and another is received by using more than 17 KW per day!!
