I hate having to register just to make a payment!!

With the new customer portal you do have full access to your account details so we did have to implement so extra security measures to protect your information however you should only have to register once and if you click the remember me box when logging in you can gain easy access through the link sent in your text. Easy to pay.. kind of expensive

Could run a little cheaper

We are always trying to give our customers the best rates available for a prepaid company because we do not require a deposit or have any contracts. We do offer the Flex pay discount which is 20% off the price per kilowatt if the account is above $35.00. We do have an Auto pay option so that our customers will always stay above the $35.00 minimum and get the discount plus never have to worry about being disconnected. The other discount we offer is if the customer uses more then 17 kilowatts daily they get $.75 off the daily fee.
