Rates too high. Need a special program for disability customers

I do apologize we don't offer any programs, but Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more. Not sure why it jumps from 3 to 5 dollars a day

Prepay is only good for someone that lives alone and don’t use much electric

Quite expensive. Energy costs fluctuate daily. If nothing changes, I get charged more. Then you get updates late that let you know your close to $30 and it’s too late arriving so you fall below minimum. Great way to cheat the system. Not really all it’s cracked up to be. I got the prepaid because a friend said it was better. It’s not better. Im a bit frustrated that texts are days behind.

We will be happy to go over this issue with you to independently confirm it with you. Also text messages for usage is billed 2 days in arrears due to our service being prepaid we only get 2 days to get the reads in from AEP. Balance is always actual & up to date. Very easy to manage your account, but the rates are steadily creeping up now
