I like your payment method and the service is good. I find the kilowatts high. I think you all (power companies) charged from previous billing and or tempature. An empty house during the day should not be using that much power. I will look into better option. [email protected]

Response: Thank you for your feedback you are very important to us and we strive to bill our customer’s accurately. We will be happy to go over this issue with you to independently confirm it with you. A Supervisor will review your account and will contact you as soon as possible. Published on June 25, 2018

It’s easy to make payments however, it’s increasingly getting more and more expensive I’ve noticed

Response: Thank you Sandy on taking the time on providing your feedback. With temperatures increasing you could see an increase in your usage as we are no longer in the mild temperature range. Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more. Another way on receiving a discount is when you use more than 17 KWH a day.We just launched this ability another way on receiving a discount by signing up for auto-pay you'll receive a 0.33 daily credit. Payless Power bills you based on your usage as reported by your meter. All companies would show this same usage. We can show you how to check your meter reads and see your usage in 15 minute intervals. This will show you when the power is being used in your home. Call us at 888-963-9363 for more details.
