Love the convenience of the daily balance alerts to my text or email. I cannot stand how high the rates are. I signed on for a certain rate and it does not stay at that and if your balance goes lower than $35 your rates are even higher. I do like how easy it is to pay and that they offer deferred payment plans if your just a little short. I also like that i don’t have to pay a whole electric bill all at once.

Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more. Bill was changing up and down regardless of electricity use for a month..seemed like i complained once now it’s better..about 4 $ aday now..2 bedroom house

Confused at the beginning with a pre-paid service, but I getting used to. Make sure they get right your phone number for reminders! They didn’t in my case and they disconnect my service when the month was over. No paper mail, Texts and e-mails are the only way of communication.
