I like the low prices. I like the regular updates in my account status. What I don’t like is that 2 out of the last 3 times I’ve tried to call and get my bill taken care of, your phone number provided in the text messages does not work

Its expensive………..

We do offer ways on receiving a discount, one being when you signed up with AutoPay you'll pay the discounted rate & could save 20% off our standard rate. I was a little upset with how easy it was for someone to give my address by mistake to start up service, therefore throwing off my services. Other than that I like Payless power, I have dealt with this company before a few years ago and I had them for about 2 yrs straight but they don’t seem as good as they used to be.

We do apologize that this happened, This is very common in apartment complexes, for example if someone new moved in provided the wrong apartment number to their electric company requesting to start new service or tenants mistakenly provide wrong apartment numbers as well.
