I was a little upset with how easy it was for someone to give my address by mistake to start up service, therefore throwing off my services. Other than that I like Payless power, I have dealt with this company before a few years ago and I had them for about 2 yrs straight but they don’t seem as good as they used to be.

Response: Cicely, thank you for your feedback it's very important to us. We do apologize that this happened, This is very common in apartment complexes, for example if someone new moved in provided the wrong apartment number to their electric company requesting to start new service or tenants mistakenly provide wrong apartment numbers as well. It's a lot of scenarios that can cause someone from connecting services at the wrong address. We do thank you for being such a loyal customer. Published on September 11, 2018

I am an owner that uses pre paid just to renovate or while rented. I would prefer to have the option to add just 5 or 10 dllrs instead of having to add $20.00 and up.

Response: Thank you for the feedback it's greatly appreciated. We do give the option to customers if they would like to pay anything less than the minimum required, you can also make a payment at a payment center using Money Gram. Published on August 28, 2018
