Easy to use. However, I’m not sure if I’m still being the same rates because I’ve spent quite a penny and it’s not even an month yet.

By maintaining a balance above $35 you can save 20% off our standard rate. Another way on receiving a discount is when you use more than 17 KWH a day, Also another option that is recently new, when you signup for autopay, you can receive a daily credit of $0.33. Payment is easy I wish they had an app, and I wish they showed a month of your usage.

Rates too high. Need a special program for disability customers

I do apologize we don't offer any programs, but Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more. Not sure why it jumps from 3 to 5 dollars a day

With the temperatures warming up & we're no longer experiencing mild temperatures here in Texas, the usage will change based on how much electricity is consumed. Prepay is only good for someone that lives alone and don’t use much electric
