Always on pins and needles, service can be interrupted at any time any day, constantly need to add money daily or risk service being turned off, if you can have other service then use another service, this is a very last resort

Also the amount of usage that is being consumed is causing the balance to go back to a negative balance and therefore having to constantly load funds on the account. Would recommend to add more funds so you could have more days worth of usage. If you ever need assistance on making a payment, Payless Power does offer a deferred payment plan this is a Payment arrangement where a credit is applied on the account to provide a few days worth of an service. System works great & it’s nice constantly getting updates. However, customers paying AHEAD of schedule in advance should get same or cheap rate as contract.

It just seems a bit expensive because every 2 weeks I’m having to add more money um and I’m never there I literally do not live in the house there’s nothing at all running and I’m having to add $20 every 2 weeks for a house that there’s literally nothing running in I am not there I have any removed in yet so where is the money going?
