Locked my account when I was trying to make a payment. Tried to call customer service 4 different times today and always go a busy signal. Worst service ever and I’ve payed almost $60 for 2 days of electricity and I don’t even have Central A/C. I would give it 0 stars if I could.

It’s an easy company to sign up..but they don’t have any services to help there customers..there rates are ridiculous high every week you have a different rate that you pay ..I feel it is not worth it.i wouldn’t recommend to get lights through this company

Didn’t share the plan documents before starting the service/Agreement. Verbal communication of Plan details is not enough especially when the customer is in phone.
