However when I went to log in at first,it said my password was wrong. I did the forgot password and when your system sent the email to reset the password; it had no link to help me reset it. Please, look into it and fix this error in your platform. I panicked about my electric. Thank goodness I remember it.

I love being with Payless power I’ve been with him for years but during this covid-19 pandemic I got turned off today and I don’t understand why whenever I signed up with the covid-19 electric relieved to where I’m not supposed to get cut off and get I still got cut off and I tried calling and I can’t get ahold of anybody and they never called me back…. I should not be turned off during this extremely hard time cause of the covid19

Useful for what it is, other than that, pretty pricey but in my opinion, it compensates.
