My email address needs to be updated. [email protected] is correct not [email protected] Never received my email confirmation and couldn’t login to register. Please update your system. Yesterday I called was caller 34 in que and never received my call back. Today I got through but notice my info is incorrect. Please resolve and update in a timely manner. Thank you

Love that I get daily updates on my power usage and reminders on how much longer I have. There is some frustration on the fact that there is a couple days lag in updates but I manage. If we could get that updated it would for sure be a 5 star.

Our billing is 2 days in arrears but the balance that is advise the day you receive your text message is what you currently have in that moment. Thank you for your business. I use to pay for what I used, now I have to pay whether I use energy or not. $3/day is alot for not using any power. Not happy with this new change. I do like the automaticity of the service, how I can pay for it from my phone and its immediate.

This includes the first 17 kwh in the daily fee, also will save you money during the high usage months.
