The kilowatts are too high. I turned my power off and if’s still taking my money fast
Response: Ms Millner. Your review comments state that our rates are too high and your funds are being depleted too quickly… even though you are turning off things at your home in an attempt to say. Its definitely not good if a customer feels like they are not being billed correctly or are paying to much for something as essential as electricity. A supervisor will contact you shortly do go over your account and discuss the best options available for you. You can also call us at 888 963 9363 for immediate assistance.
