F’n joke one minute its two dollars a day the next minute it’s $15 a day when nobody’s even here and it’s only a 500 square-foot apartment and it’s only me here. I don’t even have to have the heat or the AC on and all of a sudden I’m getting charged eight dollars a day give me a break. You guys need to give me a breakdown of what I actually paid to you and what is actually owed because you guys don’t fix anything and then 30° weather you’re gonna shut the electric off. It’s never consistent no matter what I do. Not only do you shut it off, but I can’t even reach out to and get a hold of anybody to get it turned back on so now I have to sit here and 30° weather with my electric off that’s awesome. You guys are awesome. Pretty sure there’s laws against that.

Payless Power charges you based on the amount of electricity your home consumes. This amount is included with the billing notification you receive each day. You can review your billing through the My Account Portal at paylesspower.com Here, you can see a breakdown of the charges you have received with your billing. Customers will have their services disconnected whenever their balances reaches below $0 and a payment is not made in due time. If you need additional time to make a payment, you can always see if you are eligible for a same-day Account Protection or a Deferred Payment Plan via the My Account Portal. Wtf????? Why is my bill so high why do you keep taking so much on a daily basis you’re taking $12 and then you’re taking $15 and then you want to shut my power off when it is 32°. Are you freaking kidding me?
