I love this company, I get text messages daily and know exactly how much electricity I use. Making payments are very easy and you get a text for confirmation.

The system is as Easy as pie to use. C ould be better about their rates…but overall I like them.

Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more. Sometimes it’s very easy to log in and pay and sometimes when you call it in it takes forever to recognize your account and take your payment when u have more than one account.

I think its a lot easier when making a payment and to get it transferred the only thing I don’t like it’s high kilowatts other the that it’s good
