I love how easy it is to keep an eye on the bill and how I don’t have to pay a huge lump amount but can pay smaller amounts throughout the month. It really does make a difference if you can keep it above$35 though

As soon as my acount is under $35 my daily usage goes from less than $5.00 a day to $8.00. – $10 00. I understand this is a company that help people with bad credit or who cannot afford to put down a deposit for a normal electricity company so we are forced to pay more essentially making us stay in poverty. I also understand that you guys are trying to make your money but I think it’s a little extensive the amount we are being charged after our account reaches an amount under $35. Other than that i havw no problems at all great company I do however think the rates are kind of insane. I went from using $3.45 a day when I was over my $35 minimum to using $10 a day when it was under $35 .

Please note that Payless Power offers a bundled rate, this includes the energy charge, delivery and meters charges. By maintaining a balance above $35 you can save 20% off our standard rate. Rates could be lower so that our money goes further.

We do have the Flex pay discount that gives our customers a 20% discount towards the price per kilowatt if they keep the balance on the account above $35.00. We also offer Auto pay so that the account never goes below $35.00 so they always get the discount and will not be disconnected. The other discount we offer is a cheaper daily fee if the usage is above 17 kilowatts a day. We offer energy saving tips on the website or you can call in to customer care at 888-963-9363.
