I would not give this company half a star. They absolutely suck if you’re looking for power do not go to pay less power.

Terrible service after hours. It’s not convenient at all when you can’t talk to anyone because you can’t log in. I hate the experience I will be switching as soon as possible

Like that they message you when your low. The only thing I don’t like that you have to pay more than your negative balance if and when it gets that way . Other than that I think it’s a reasonable price also depends on how much you use during the day and night .
