Are Saturdays free?
Response: Hello - we currently do not offer free weekends. This is something that some companies advertise but in reality they charge a higher rate on week days to make up for their revenue loss on the weekends. Our billing is very straightforward. We provide a good rate 7 days per week and if you can manage to keep a balance of $25 or more we will discount that rate by 3.5 cents. It's that simple!

Response: Gracias!
Can I get my last month statement via email please
Response: Hello - a summary of usage and payments has been sent to your email address.
I honestly love the low amount I pay especially when I hear my co-workers talking about outrages payments on their electric bills. It works for me to have pre-pay since I am working on my credit and at times won’t have the total amount due if I had to pay a monthly bill. With this I look and pay as little as possible to get me to the next pay check or more when I am able to. Thank you!!
Response: Claribel. Thank you for the kind words. We are happy to help.

Response: Thank you Amanda - don't forget about our Flexpay 2.0 discount! Every customer is now eligible to save 3.5 cents off of their kilowatt rate by maintaining a balance of $35 and if you use 2000 KWH or more during a service month we will add a $35 credit to your account regardless of the account balance.
I haven’t had no problems nice on the price.
Response: Vanessa - thank you for the nice comments. Remember that you can cut 3.5 cents off of your kilowatt rate by maintaining a $35 balance or more. If your balance falls below $35 just make a payment to bring it back over the threshold and the discount will resume on your next invoice. If you use over 2000 KWH in a service month we will add a $35 credit regardless of your balance through the month! That's 2 great ways to save!
