Said no depositely and I had to put money on there in the hospital so I had to do it because my dog at home and then it’s prepaid why would I have a cancellation fee after 6 months that’s so stupid

Keep in mind that Payless Power is a prepaid electricity service, so we do not require a deposit like a post-paid (monthly billing) company. The initial payment that we require is your starting balance for your prepaid services. In regards to the Early Termination Fee, both of our 6 and 12 month prepaid plans are contracted plans with a $99 Early Termination Fee. Too many hidden fees besides the $0.16 per kw hr ss it’s advertised but almost doubles due to “fees” lame

Easy to pay haven’t had any issues with y’all. I just wish I could put less than 20 to add on to electric. Like a 10 dollar minimum or something. Sometimes it’s hard to put the exact 20 or more In this economy.

Our system can only accept a minimum of $20 as a payment with a positive balance, and your negative balance + $20 with a negative balance. These minimums help to make sure that should not only your current balance be covered, but you also have additional funds for future electricity consumption.
