For a pay as you go day to day service for those that live in a very low income range price of electricity is high

Rates are high spmetimes

We know you may have concerns with your recent electricity charges and billing, and know it can be frustrating if you don't understand your charges. Payless Power charges you for the amount of electricity you used two days prior. We always include this amount on the daily billing notification we send out each morning. If your home uses more electricity, the more you will receive in billing. Our 6 and 12-month plans are at a fixed rate, meaning that what Payless Power charges you per kWh does not fluctuate. *Same-day connection is available Monday through Saturday when you fund your account before 6:00 PM. Accounts funded after 6:00 PM, on Sundays, or on holidays will be connected first thing the next morning. Actual timing depends on your local utility company. Connection times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to meter issues, switch holds, system outages, or weather. Our support team is always standing by to help.
