I am not happy with the service at all. I am spending way too much in just less than a month I have paid 251 dollars for electric when I would be paying 130 max with another electric company. It says my watts go up to 74 at times which I feel is incorrect since I am not home through the days and turn off the ac/heat and etc. once my 6 months is up I will not be using your company again and I would not recommend it to anyone else.

Zero stars if I could. Too expensive! The overcharging and threatening to disconnect by 12 is unacceptable.

This service is an inconvenient service that I don’t enjoy I feel like when it comes to light we should be given more help to extend because no have money everyday to put on lights

Frauds prevention stopped me from making payment today earlier was a issue because it’s 30 degrees outside and the company disconnected the power.

There’s no way I should be spending over $200 in less than a month for electric services. This is highway robbery. And when I paid to get the hold off of my account, it didn’t go through within 24 hours, like they said, so that I could switch companies. Now I’m stuck with this bull crap company until I can get the hold lifted

Keep in mind that, during the winter time, your appliance will consume more energy because they must work harder against the colder weather. As for the Switch Hold removal, keep in mind that we can only give generalized time frames as it depends on the overall workload of your local Transmission and Distribution provider.
