I received horrific service from XXXXXX on 06/14/2017. She needs customer service training. Gave one star, because that’s the minimum allowed.

I am so mad at this company. Keep getting charged 8 plus dollars a day and my a/c is not even on !!! They just take a guess on how much you use. I switched to pay less not to pay more. Jesus Christ I am on disability and can not afford this. Customer service is really bad as well. I think it is time to contact my attorney. Last time I checked it was against the law to RIP PEOPLE OFF !!

This company is a joke. I’m looking to switch. I feel like I’m getting robbed. I’m gone a lot out of state and some days my daily charge is higher than when I’m home. How in the hell is possible when I live by myself and I’m not home for a week??? Why is it high and I’m not even home… Robbery at it’s finest

Worst customer service. The only thing that i like about this company is the send you an update of power usage. But at the same time they also show how much you’re getting ripped off.

This company starts off good, but after a couple of months the rates become ridiculously too high! You are actually paying more money on prepaid acct, then on another company with month to mther. A company that charges (44 kwh) a day, the devil is a lie. Also in order to get discounted rate u have to pay at least $35. So you at least paying $150 or more a month depending! But I wouldn’t recommend this company to no one. Go with a month to month company, My opinion! Too much to try an keep up with threw the month. Especially when you have other bills to worry about. Sometimes you may not have money to put on the acct in the middle of the month so u end up in the neg really fast especially when there (kwh) steadly raising

Do not give this company your business, They over charge u make fake meter reading and then will not rectify the charges.. i was away from home for a month and my meter reading mysteriously jumped from 9 kw a day to 29-35 a day so i get back home to find everything just the way i had left it, nothing plugged in, a/c turned up to 80°. When i talked to the customer service rep all i got was the run around about i can register my meter online so i can follow my power usage.. that doesn’t help the fact that they are inputting false reading. She then informed me that they cannot and will not rectify the readings.. Total rip off company, i guess since they are a prepaid company they figure they already have ur money they don’t have to give quality service. Today i will be changing service providers.. Very dissatisfied with payless power as a whole..

I pay about 50 to 60 dollars a week with this company, be care with this company!!! Needless to say, I’m changing companies next month. I’ve liked this page and answered the quiz tests and never one time did o get the $100.00. So I started talking to friends that has this company, all said this a waste of time. So don’t waste you time!!!

At first the bill came out pretty good but than yall starting charging more and more for light that we barely even use im not satisfied with the past bills

I was satisfied with my service until they charged me $251.92 “they said they under charged me from march to april, an that oncor comes out an does an estimated meter reading for the month” but i thought it was a prepaid service i kept $35 an up in my account every week..never knew i get a reading every month. I have lost a lot.” then 2 oncor workers come to my house to turn my power off an say “we just come out to make sure the meter is running we have nothing to do with reading or payments”

made a payment the day disconnection was sent gave them my money they still turned of my service for 2 seconds than realized I paid…and still got charged fee.
