This is by far the worst power company how in the hell can ur power be off and them still charge u every day I will never use this company again if they do not fix it and I refuse to pay what they say I owe on top of all that I will be sure to tell everyone I know not to use this company

Worse company ever hugerip off and scam they charged me $14.83 for a single day of service and my account balance was above $35 which should have gave me a cheaper rate for the day but no absolutely not I paid over $14 for a single one day out of a 31 day month of usage that’s over $350 a month in an electricity go to a different company where u can pay only $70 a month and not over $70 a week how u will if u use this provider

Paylesspower what can i say … Well first thing worst company to go with they messed up on our first bill made us pay a fee! never got a notification that said our bill was due and that was the mess up on their end then they messed up not putting it to month to month they put it pay until it runs out and never told us nothing my wife tried to ask him to fix it not one but 2 time’s and they still won’t fix it now our lights are we cut off by tomorrow and we have two little kids in the house mind you but even when asked to get extension they said they can’t do nothing that they will shut it off worst company to be with I’ve been with other ones and they help but Payless has rude employees that don’t care and they will hang up on you so my advice is that never go with Payless.

Y’all have my energy level is usage all wrong y’all have two different messages and different usage and 40dollar is Missing for no reason,it was supposed to last another week it went from 48in one day to 2the next day no heads up nothing

I did not like that it was my account was accumulating so much debt and you guys sent no warning. The website interface is pretty bad, there’s no guidelines on how or when to make an account to keep up to date with your bills

After reviewing your account the full payment required was not met therefore a re-connection was never generated as a courtesy we forced a re-connection even if the full payment was not met. On weekends or holidays Oncor work the orders in the order they are received and can sometime be longer than general time frame. Did the new customer move in activation with payless power and they told me 4-6 hours for activation. Here we are almost 8 hours later, no power, 3 kids in the house. Great service for a new customer to deal with right off the bat.
