The customer service is so rude. I was attempting to sign up and she kept talking over me so I’m going with another service….rude….rude…..rude.

If I could leave negative stars I would. We signed up after being told it was on a regular plan being billed 1 time per month. We made a deposit and we thought it was good. No!!! in a weeks time we managed to use our whole deposit and were negative. We discovered this and paid then paid more the next week and more the next week we can’t switch the have a hold on our meter. Im trapped. I’m on ssi I need 1 monthly payment so I can budget. Now I’m in the dark all the time. I’m scared to turn on anything. With 4 kids and fixed income, this is the worst choice I made. $12- 14 a DAY! THAT’S ALMOST MY RENT!

Ridiculously expensive because I’m rarely home, dont use a washer, dryer, refrigerator, or dishwasher. I don’t even have water hooked up to the house and I’m getting charged over $6 a day. Complete ripoff

This people steal your moneyI would not recommend this company to anyone at first I was using$ 6.30 cents per day then it went up to 8.68 a day to 9.25 and now supposeably I’m using $14.67 cents a day so please try these and you don’t get told everything supposeably i pay10.8 cents a kw but when your goes under $ 35.00 you pay 14.1 cents this I was never told about that before opening my account

I wish I could have free nights and weekends

Those types of plans may not always result in lower charges as the highest use of electricity is during the peak hours versus off-peak hours where less usage is being used. We provide a 24/7 discount with our FlexPay Discount by maintaining a balance over $35 you can receive 20% off our standard rate.
