It’s crazy how I spend close to 200$s A WEAK!!!!!!!!!!!! I don’t understand how a 2 bedroom apartment with NO KIDS produce so much electricity. On top of that my daughter and I BOTH WORK and go to the gym THEN GO HOME. Watch NO TV. We take a shower stay on our phones for less than an hour. We leave our phones charging all night. The air conditioner is on auto and we don’t even turn on ceiling fans!!!!!!! MIND BLOWEN FOR D A FACT!!!!

Too expensive. I regret having used this system with absurd charges that only take advantage of middle-class people. Don’t pay attention to the offers.

If i could give 0 stars i would but, even negative stars. Theae guys are garbage and charge whatever the heck they want…only consistency these guys have is their inconsistency and tendency to rip us the consumer off!!! Terrible company!!!

I left my dwelling on 5.31.25 and have yet to get a hold of someone that can help. I’ve disconnected twice online and still keep getting charged.

I do not recommend bc if your late on a payment they will shut off your power and you want have electricity until the back in office so if it goes out on a Friday your screwed. And plus I made my payment Friday here it is mid afternoon Saturday no power and they have already taken 10$ and I have no electricity

If your service is disconnected and a payment is made the service will be restored within two hours regardless of the time the payment came in. Please keep in mind that Payless Power charges two days in arrears. If you have any other questions or concerns you can reach out to a live representative by calling in to 1-888-963-9363 during business hours, which are Monday through Friday between the hours of 9AM through 5PM. We also provide after hours email assistance during these hours: 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Saturday, and 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM on Sunday. Published on June 10, 2025

Are my lights gonna be off in the morning? I’ve paid my bill. I’ve sent a copy of my receipt I went to Kayla‘s. They didn’t refund my money. I don’t need my lights to be off. I have children. No one is telling us anything. I was told to call when y’all are open, but by then my lights will be off. Can someone please call me first thing in the morning?
