I THINK ITS SAD THAT YOU DONT GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS TIME TO GO AND MAKE A PAYMENT ON THEIR SERVICE AND YOU TURN THEM OFF, KEEPING IN MIND THE ACCOUNT IS NEGATIVE EIHTER WAY SO WHY TURN OFF THE SERVICES THE DAY OF AND NOT GIVE YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT WORK AND HAVE JOBS A CHANCE TO MAKE A PAYMENT ON THEIR ACCOUNTS….

Payless Power customers are responsible for making timely payments to keep their account balances above $0, or else services will be disconnected for non-payment. We will notify customers of their low or negative balance when they receive their billing in the morning. From there, customers must make a payment to bring their balance positive $20 should they be negative, or request for payment assistance, if those options had not been utilized already while the balance was negative. I feel that my rate is significantly higher than what my contract states. I don’t understand why I pay so much for the small amount of wattage that I use.

Don’t like the fact next day is gone went from using $7 a day to 13 for some reason and cannot talk to a customer service representative when you call
