The one thing that would help is if it were more clear that the first time I clink the link from yall’s texts to me, that I need to click register with my email and make a new password before adding more money to my account. I thought I had already made this type of account when I purchased electricity for the first time

Nice low starting rate to get service when you need it the most. It’s so hot outside and my electric company wouldn’t let me extend my bill for my overdue bill, so I had to switch to Payless, and now, I’m paying less!!!

We serve customers in over 400 deregulated communities in Texas with both traditional, postpaid plans on monthly billing cycles, and prepaid electricity that is pay-as-you-go with no deposit or credit check required.
