The payment option is easy to use. So far the first month I have noticed that I’m not saving any money using this service nor is it more of a charge than my previous service.

Adding money to my account is incredibly easy and the minimum amount to avoid a surcharge is acceptable.

It’s secure that’s for sure I didn’t have in my address associated with my card. It was reading my new address and it declined the payment. 10stars for protecting your customers!

Kwh cost is way too high..
Response: LaShonna- Your comments show that you are unhappy with your KWH rate. This is understandable this time of year when the Texas heat has been so relentless. Our rates are actually very competitive with all major competitors and please keep in mind that our rates are bundled… meaning that the Centerpoint delivery charges are incorporated into your rate and not separated to make your cost look cheaper than it really is. This is a common tactic with Electric providers but our plans are a little more straight forward.
