It’s an alright service. Don’t like the fact that power immediately gets cut off after non payment, left my dog in the heat for several hours while I’m at work because of that reason.
Response: Hi Kyle, thanks for sharing your feedback. We can understand being disconnected is stressful, especially if you're a pet owner. While customers will be at risk of a disconnection should their balance fall below $0, they have until 12pm noon to make sufficient payment or request for any of our extension options. This can be done via the My Account portal, or you can contact us at 1-888-963-9363 Published on January 17, 2025

I’ve only had the service for a month now but I haven’t had any issues at all. I love that I get daily messages letting me know how many days I have left before money has ran out. It’s gives me total and how much I’m using per day. Easy to pay and website easy to use. I recommend for someone who needs an on the go electric company for single family homes.
Response: Thanks for the rating, Ashley, we are pleased to hear you are enjoying the service! Published on January 17, 2025
The charges are outrageous! Never at home during the week only weekends and being charged as if I’m at home 24/7? Strongly thinking about switching for cheaper rates.
Response: Thank you for reaching out to us, Ashley. It's understandable that you're concerned about your daily charges and we'd be happy to assist. In regards to billing while you are away, you can review what exactly you're receiving charges for through the My Account Portal.
