Doesn’t allow assistance with paying bill payment arrangements can never be made then to switch service you have to pay $100 fee and that’s insane when you being ripped off

Payless Power offers two Payment Assistance options for its customers should they need additional time: a Same Day Account Protection, and a Deferred Payment Plan. Keep in mind that if you have used the options previously while your balance is negative, you will not be eligible for them again if your balance remains negative. If this is the case, a payment will need to be made to avoid disconnection or to initiate a reconnection. Our 6-month and 12-month plans all include a $99 Early Termination Fee should your contract be broken before the term is up. The only way to waive this fee is if you advise us that you are moving.
