I use to pay for what I used, now I have to pay whether I use energy or not. $3/day is alot for not using any power. Not happy with this new change. I do like the automaticity of the service, how I can pay for it from my phone and its immediate.
Response: Chrsitina, thank you for commenting. We do apologize for the experience. The Plan that we offer is for customers who use between the normal usage to very high usage. This includes the first 17 kwh in the daily fee, also will save you money during the high usage months. For a low usage customer you will be able to budget because you know how much it will cost on a daily or monthly basis. For any questions or concerns please contact us at 888-963-9363. Customer service is amazing. Quick and easy payment option online which i love. However i feel like i have to keep every light off so im not billed $7-8 a day and having to keep putting money in every couple of days.
