By maintaining a balance above $35 you can save 20% off our standard rate. Payless Power does offer a discount to lower the daily fee when more than 17 kwh are consumed. After reviewing you account your only consuming less than 17 kwh, so you're currently not receiving that discount. By maintaining a balance above $35 you can save 20% off our standard rate. Playless Power does offer other ways on saving when 17 kwh or more are consumed you'll receive a discount off the daily fee. Signing up for auto-pay will give you a daily credit of $0.33, that has benefits of always receiving 20% discount& never being disconnected. ???? Published on June 06, 2018

Another way on receiving a discount is when you use more than 17 KWH a day. We just launched auto-pay savings, when you signup for auto-pay you will receive a daily credit of $0.33. I just wish they would help you with discounts for long time users are at least a free week for the summer time. I don’t have a lot of money and I have a nine year old daughter I’m trying to keep cool in the summer it’s just hard to keep putting money on it.
