Great in summer horrible in winter.

Response: Thank you Rebecca for your feedback it's greatly appreciated. We do apologize you have experience this issue with your usage. More times during the winter a lot of customers experience high usage due to temperatures fluctuating some days the weather is mild where less usage is being consumed in the home, versus on days where the temperatures go down in the teens causing heaters to kick on & making the heaters work hard & possibly run all night to keep the house warm. When this happens the weather outside has a lot to deal with what the home is consuming. For example the weather could be 30 degrees outside while your thermostat is set at 76, That is a 36 degree difference that the heater has to go against in order to heat the home & how well insulated the home is. During spring/summer times the weather outside is mild causing low usage. Keep in mind there might be days during the summer time that temperatures might reach 115 degrees or more causing the AC to run all day especially between 3-7 pm during the hottest time of the day, once the sun goes down temps will decrease cooling the home.
