By maintaining a balance above $35 you can save 20% off our standard rate. Another way on receiving a discount is when you use more than 17 KWH a day, Also another option that is recently new, when you signup for autopay, you can receive a daily credit of $0.33. Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more. Another way on receiving a discount is when you use more than 17 KWH a day. We just launched a new discount option, when signing up for autopay you'll save a daily credit of $0.33. Bill pay is easy, fast. I like that you have extensions if needed but the rates are high and unpredictable. I get charged based on what yall think I’ve used and not how much I actually used.

Customer service could be better being that we pay so much 4 light . Maybe more flexible on payment extentions.
