Helpful customer care. But i don’t like the way you charge an estimated reading
Response: Hi Jay - we understand that customers do not like estimates. We actually will never estimate your bill unless there is a delay in receiving the daily meter read. If this happens we will perform a true up the following day to make sure that your usage and payments are accurate. We will then resume using actual meter reads just like we do on a daily basis.
These guys have great customer service! They are great if you have bad credit and can’t pay a deposit fee- are a little more expensive than other electric companies.

PROS: text message sent every morning to let me know how much is left in the account.
CONS: money is taken out when they feel they may have made a mistake. When you are past the $35 mark they take more money out then when it is over $35.

Payless power is a true power provider of electricity with prepaid account which does not ask you for credit check or advance deposit of huge amount.
I have been using it as my primary power provider since one and half years.
