A deferred payment plan or DPP, allows customers with a past due balance to repay it in manageable installments instead of having to pay the full amount to reconnect service. It will then be released upon the repayment of the deferred balance. A deferred payment plan can also be paid off early and Payless Power will never charge a penalty for doing so.
