Always there are mistakes and the customer service is barely effective. I spent almost 4-5hrs of my time explaining my problem with your billing and it still hasn’t been resolved.

I’ve been using this prepaid electricity service for a while now, and overall, it’s been a great experience. I don’t!!!! Recommend to nobody if you want lights do not pick this company they don’t work with you even when you have been with them for years!! Extra money do everything even to get them cut on !! Then negative the next day !! So keep your money !! And find somthing better!!

This company is a Rip off! It’s very expensive and they do not care about their customers. I know some of these reviews have to come from staff or people that have never dealt with other electricity companies before. I would give -0 rates because that’s what they deserve -0.
