Why is my usage going high if I’m not even using it too much electricity

Bill pay is easy, fast. I like that you have extensions if needed but the rates are high and unpredictable. I get charged based on what yall think I’ve used and not how much I actually used.

Customer service could be better being that we pay so much 4 light . Maybe more flexible on payment extentions.
