last time when I paid $ 30.00 on 8/28/18. I also enrolled and submitted auto pay when it goes down to $10.00 and, I will have 20% discount. I have not seen that. Poor customer service or inefficient online service maybe.

Needed to change start date. But would not let me.

Looks like a NON Account holder called in to attempt to change it therefore we weren't able to change it because an ACCOUNT HOLDER can only call in to make changes on the account. Easy but gets really expensive

Im paying over 8 $ for a 2 bedroom apt and i hardly have anything on ever. Its just my son and i in the apt, i am very unhappy

Daily charges are sporadic and eratic. Constantly changing. One day $3 next $8 next $15. Thermostat not being changed that much for such high price changes. Tempted to switch providers.

I do see the weather you have been experiencing in you area had been over the 100 degree weather, the recommended temperatures on leaving the A/C at is 78 degrees now when the sunsets you may turn the A/C down to lower temperatures as it's not as hot versus during peak hours from 12pm-6pm hottest times of the day. Do ya offer free nights or free weekends?

Those types of plans may not always result in lower charges as the highest use of electricity is during the peak hours versus off-peak hours where less usage is being used. We provide a 24/7 discount with our FlexPay Discount by maintaining a balance over $35 you can receive 20% off our standard rate.
