The change over was easy no problems, I called in to ask about the rates it seems like I’m paying more they were very helpful in explaining the rates. I get a daily report of my balance and reminders when I get below my prepaid amount balance, so I’m happy.

Well I’m new to bill paying and whatnot as my wife passed away a short time ago, but so far as I can tell this is the easiest site I’ve had to navigate through and I still have lights in my house, so… I’m going to give four stars which is the most stars I’ve ever given cuz I didn’t even know I had stars to give.

It’s been easy to make payments. But, I would like to be able to view how much was charged along with how muck kwatts were used. Other than that the service has been good.
Response: Xavier- Thanks for the feedback! Yes our text messages do not show dollar amount,however on the online portal does have the option in viewing your Transaction History. Just click on the account tab, transaction history should appear, once the dates are displayed on the screen to view it in detail to see what exactly the charges were for.
