I have had nothing but success with payless. power. I’ve been using it for over 2yrs and wouldnt change for anything. I know exactly how much power my household consumes a day and when it gets to be more than i want i simply can cut back on usage some where. great thing they have going making payments are easy and nevrr a problem

The payment process was very easy and I highly recommend having/getting Paypal as an option to customers to pay their bills. I also would like to say that your automated extension was easier than me having to call and talk to someone every time. I personally think the company is improving but there is still work that could be done to make things better for the customer.

I like the old way you gave three day extensions. The new way isn’t customer friendly and it IS a competitive market!????

We haven't offered the 3 day account protections since over 2 years to help customers not get into a high negative balance were it became difficult to make payments. With our new system we do give you till the next day to make a payment before 10AM or we also offer Deferred Payment Plans if you aren't able to make a payment. Accounts funded after 6:00 PM, on Sundays, or on holidays will be connected first thing the next morning. Actual timing depends on your local utility company. Connection times are not guaranteed and may be delayed due to meter issues, switch holds, system outages, or weather. Our support team is always standing by to help.
