Everything is great, if only rates could be lower
Response: Good afternoon Sabrina, thank you for your feedback it's greatly appreciated(: Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more. Another way on receiving a discount is when you use more than 17 KWH a day. Please reach out to our customer care dept. at 888-963-9363 if you have any questions or concerns.
