I Love the service however I feel that it goes fast sometimes…

Bill pay is easy, fast. I like that you have extensions if needed but the rates are high and unpredictable. I get charged based on what yall think I’ve used and not how much I actually used.
Response: Thank you for your feedback you are are very important to us and we strive to bill our customer’s accurately. Payless Power does offer ways on qualifying on saving on your usage It's called the Flex Pay discount with this you will receive 20% of your usage when balance is maintained at $35 or more. Another way on receiving a discount is when you use more than 17 KWH a day. We will be happy to go over this issue with you to independently confirm it with you.
