The online payment thing s very easy.. the only thing that is a bummer about the new system for Payless power is they don’t send out the daily usage like they used to. Now it’s just the amount. And sometimes that doesn’t come thru.. the old system was WAY better and easier… at first it was way to confusing. . I almost changed due to that but thank goodness I figured it out..

I know that our messaging only says KW usage and the cost now, but the Online portal has a more in depth break down than even old system did.
