It’s ok but the daily usage fluctuates so much even when I do the same thing everyday and never change my usage.

We understand that it is easy for customers to become frustrated if their usage doesn’t make sense to them but we bill you daily using the very same meter reads as any other electric company in your area would use. You can also audit these reading daily by viewing your usage on http://www.smartmetertexas.com. This a free site operated by the State that shows you how much energy you home uses in increments from 15 minutes to a month. You can use this information to validate what your electric company bills you for and also determine what is consuming the power at your home. Published on March 28, 2019
Yes the payment process is easy . I just don’t agree with the way the billing is down and the time you give customers to pay or the lack of time you give. Some customers live pay check for pay check and sometimes don’t have money in between to pir more money on their bill.

You should wait for at least 10 h b4 sending a disconnect notice for a good customer

This company is very high… they charge fees for everything… the cx service reps are so uncaring and also ignorant.. they offer no help and will not go above and beyond for their cx… this is the worst electrical company I’ve ever been with… way too expensive to be prepaid… Horrible company I hate it…

I remember a time when this company worked more for its consumer… There are no longer grace periods and the rates keep rising per kw…………………………………………
