I did not like that system once payment become zero , it disconnected maybe in case I lost my card and order new one it will be a problem in this hot summer it disconnected fast and the payment is increasing every month

Love the company but workers is very rude lady was pretty much arguing with me hung up on me!! would give 5 stars but i would say having rude people working is going to constantly get bad reviews… Should look into that!

Suggestion. Before you submit payment. There needs to be a confirmation your payment amount. Also in your automated payment. I could not get pass the putting my card year. It went silent. Glad you added the option to store your cards over the phone.

I like the idea of this payment plan but i don’t think there should be a minimum payment. I bought this house to rent and have 3 days left before my new tenant moves in and I am now paying $30 for 3 days of electric service for an empty duplex. It should be pay as you go and I will recommend my new tenants use this service as well; especially since they are the type that move around a lot and don’t like to be tied down to contracts.
