Don’t change… well except maybe your prices could get lower for customers that have been with you over a year…
Response: Keep in mind we do offer a few different ways to qualify for additional rate discounts. The first, is to keep your account balance above 35.00 at all times, and secondly, if you use more than 17 KWH per day you are eligible for another discount!! It has been only a positive experience dealing with Payless Power. I appreciate the daily text that keeps me informed about my status and usage. It helps us conserve our usage on a daily basis.

Very easy to use and cheaper service

Response: We do offer a grace period to all of our customers. Once you fall into the negatives, you have until the following day by 11am to make your minimum payment of your negative plus 10.00 to avoid a disconnection! We serve customers in over 400 deregulated communities in Texas with both traditional, postpaid plans on monthly billing cycles, and prepaid electricity that is pay-as-you-go with no deposit or credit check required.
We work with principal utilities throughout the state to provide electricity.
