Rates are comparable, but not happy with charges wen I’m not using electricity at all.

This a free site operated by the State that shows you how much energy you home uses in increments from 15 minutes to a month. You can use this information to validate what your electric company bills you for and also determine what is consuming the power at your home. Published on March 06, 2019
Yes the payment process is easy . I just don’t agree with the way the billing is down and the time you give customers to pay or the lack of time you give. Some customers live pay check for pay check and sometimes don’t have money in between to pir more money on their bill.

We do advise in the text messages if you need more time you can always request an extension through 8 pm same day but you must apply it before disconnection is generated. You should wait for at least 10 h b4 sending a disconnect notice for a good customer
