Awesome service wish it had free nights and weekends.

Unfortunately, Payless Power does not offer free nights or weekends, those plans don't really save much reasoning is because most usage is consumed during the day during peak hours. Accounts funded after 6:00 PM, on Sundays, or on holidays will be connected first thing the next morning. Actual timing depends on your local utility company.
