My power just got shut off for non payment today thought that all disconnections was halted for six months

Due to not having this active on your account a disconnection was sent. These insensitive pricks turned my power off today. In the midst of everything that is going on. Our government has placed a shelter in place order until April 30th. Yet y’all expect ppl that don’t have essential jobs to be able to pay y’all before we can get back to work? Once Coronavirus has moved on, I will be locating a different energy service. This is some of the lowest crap you could’ve pulled on a loyal customer when the whole world is pulling together to try to help each other get through this tough time. I’m at a loss for words ????
