I need someone to call me asap. I looked at my usage today and yesterday and it’s over 120KWH &134 KWH. That is impossible. I am in a 1 bedroom apartment. I dont use the air or heat and I’m never here. From paying less then $3.00 per day using a little over 20 KWH to almost $10.00 a day and using over 130 KWH is an extreme change of pricing and is not realistic. I need Management to call me asap.

I’ve been with this company for about 2 years now. After the past 2 days I’m looking somewhere else for electricity. No company I know tries to charge $70 for 2 days worth of electricity. It’s just me and my toddler at home and not even the whole day. I’m disgusted that they would try and charge this much.

I have beeN over charged more than once
Response: Thank you for commenting. We understand that it is easy for customers to become frustrated if their usage doesn’t make sense to them but we bill you daily using the very same meter reads as any other electric company in your area would use. You can also audit these reading daily by viewing your usage on http://www.smartmetertexas.com. This a free site operated by the State that shows you how much energy you home uses in increments from 15 minutes to a month. You can use this information to validate what your electric company bills you for and also determine what is consuming the power at your home. Published on November 18, 2019
I’m really unsatisfied this company is starting to charge me a lot even when I’m not home. I’m about to switch to a different company.
